AQAQ Jumpsuit

I picked up this jumpsuit while in New York, and when I first saw it, I didn't think anything of it, but when I tried it on, I fell in love instantly. The fit is so flattering, combining a perfect mix of menswear  and sexy. Living in Miami, I will choose white any day of the week, as I can wear it year round.
Thank you for reading!

Style Spotter

Today I want to introduce you to a fashion app/service that will make your shopping life 100 times easier. Style Spotter is an iPad app that makes shopping a one stop shop- comparing thousands of stores, prices, items,  and designers.
By using the highly customizable search tool, you can narrow your search down to color, style, brand, and price range. Say, for instance, you were on the hunt for white wedges (which, I am) you would select shoes, color, price range, and if you have specific brands in mind, you can specify those too.
You can create collections, like mine, "Vacation in Cabo,"  "Spring Shoes," and "Everyday Style." You can see my profile, with my saves and collections, and follow it here. In those, I save items I like that are pertinent to the collection I created. This helps me stay organized, and I can even save things I already own, and seeing it all in one place will make packing easier, in the case of Vacation in Cabo or the like; as it helps me visualize everything in one place. The things you save, can also serve as a tool to improve bad shopping habits, (overspending- Nicholl, stand up.) because they will notify you of price reductions and sales on those items.
I love all of the apps and coupon sites that make shopping a breeze, and are economically conscious, and Style Spotter is definitely one to keep in mind while becoming shopping organized and savvy. Shop smart!
Steve Madden shoes / Faux leather shirt

I can think of nothing other than Krispy Kreme's hot and ready donuts right now. I would talk about the skirt, the leather and stud details and how the color off sets the edginess, and turns it into a day or night piece, but the thought of those doughy, hot, amazing things has me completely off topic.

Blaque Label

As I said last week, shorts on shorts on shorts…
And to look a little more put together for a meeting, I threw on the best black blazer I've ever owned, by Blaque Label. And these shoes, guys? I have worn them for at least 7 straight days. They are beyond perfect in comfort, fit, and how well they can compliment an outfit to make it laid back and cool. I'm not the type to get into an item so much that I wear it every day for a period of time, but these shoes are the exception. I'll wear them until I can no more. ;)

Levi Shorts via Zappos ℅  / Shirt Zappos ℅ / Converse sneakers

This outfit comes entirely from Zappos. I knew of their site for shoes, but recently discovered their gamut of apparel, handbags and shoes. I have entered into a cutoffs phase, and the end is not in sight. The way I dress goes from feminine and preppy, to boho, to andy within days. Right now, I'm into a beachy, careless look, with sneakers and sandals, and air dried hair. This blue is one of my favorite colors to wear, as I feel it compliments my skin color well. And the Levi's vintage shorts are a pair I refuse to take off.

Happy Friday!

After Party

I wore this dress to a polo after party in West Palm Beach. Thankfully, the night was in the low 60's, so they knit material was perfect. The a-line cut of this dress was what drew me in. I think it is my favorite type of dress,  judging on how much I enjoy wearing them. I paired it with my new French Connection pumps, which I love the detail of with the studs and subtle edginess. I pulled my hair back in an easy bun, and finished it with bright red lips, which I really like with my lighter hair.

Last Thursday,  Express had their runway show at the iconic hotel, The Raleigh in South Beach. Right in my neck of the woods. I was lucky to attend as one of the blogger hosts, and get backstage access to the wonderful world of Express. Appearances by Express it girl, Kate Upton and Heat basketball player, Chris Bosh were made- plus entertainment from DJ A-Trak. The night was one to remember with a very Miami vibe, a runway over the pool,  cocktails, a packed house, and incredible weather.
I loved all of the Spring looks. They combined edgy and chic in a flawless manner, and the black and white theme was right up my alley. You can shop the looks straight from the runway here

A Cause

A simple outfit, including an oldie, but goodie J.Crew linen button down. Summer meets Winter in this ensemble with leather, calf hair and linen. My bracelet is from The Shine Project. They employ at risk youth, and give them an opportunity to work and pay their way through school through making these bracelets. I love fashion for a cause!
