My Week at Sea With Royal Caribbean

If you follow me on instagram, you know that last week, I was lucky to spend my time in the Caribbean, aboard Royal Caribbean's Allure of the Seas- the largest ship in the world. It was beyond incredible. This ship blew my mind in more ways than I could explain. With 25 dining options (ALL amazing), 2,400 crew at your service 24/7, and some of my favorite activities, which included: zip line, surfing, boogie boarding, mini golf, ice skating, rock climbing, carousels, candy, cupcake, and donut shops…and a gigantic, ultra modern fitness center with everything from barre to flywheel, as well as the most amazing shows I've ever seen. Dare I compare to them to Cirque Du Soleil shows?! They were definitely of that caliber. The ice skating show was my favorite, but it's hard to pick favorites with water diving shows, Broadway Chicago play, concerts, and dancing shows. I am convinced cruising is the best way to vacation with your family, as everything is included, and you get fine dining, unlimited room service, and multiple planned activities all day.
As far as excursions, in Haiti we did jet ski's around the mountains (so cool), in Jamaica we went to a farm to ride horses and rode them in the ocean, (my most beloved experience), and in Mexico we swam with stingrays and spent the day in downtown Cozumel. Cozumel stole my heart. I loved the vibrant and fun culture, the unlimited (and free) beer + tequila, tacos, and local stores. With the duty free deals and a tequila-enhanced heart, I got the most beautiful diamond ring as a reminder of this beautiful week I felt so blessed to spend at sea.
I couldn't be more grateful to Royal Caribbean for their VIP service, the phenomenal ship, and an overall enriching week. I will most definitely sail with them again, as I can't think of a better, more complete and inclusive vacation with the ability to experience so many cultures all in one.
Thanks for reading!
